This was quite fabulous - when I ordered tea, they wheeled over a tea trolley. This trolley was filled with potted herbs which they picked according to your taste, then added to a teapot and boiled over a flame on the trolley, before serving with your choice of accompaniments. I didn't think I could beat a Twinings Earl grey tea!
